    Video and audio conferencing information

For video conferencing, fill out the bottom part (you are requesting to be added to an existing conference) of the Fermilab Video Conference Request Form. Put down your name, site, phone, and e-mail. In the "comments" box, say that you wish to be added to the conference "lc-cal", and specify the date, time, and place. The request must be submitted no later than the previous friday am. You can avoid having to renew the request every two weeks by mentioning that you wish to participate in every meeting. If you are registered to participate in a meeting, you'll receive a DCS confirmation notice 24 hrs prior to the meeting. For further information, contact the Fermilab Video Conferencing manager.
A few audio ports will be available for phone-in participation. Stay tuned for more info on this.
