HPC Helpdesk
New requests can be submitted with the helpdesk eLog. If this is your first time submitting a request, you will have to register a user name and password to access the eLog. Request example is provided here. In the event that the helpdesk eLog is unavailable, requests to the helpdesk can be e-mailed to: helpdesk@nicadd.niu.edu Requests submitted during off-hours will be received during the next business day.
