TMVA based framework for H->ZZ->4l analysis.

The code is developing using reduced rootuples of Dark Matter via MonoHiggs analysis. The described tool:

• arranges input rootuples in groups of user's choice - e.g - data, signal(s), background(s)
• trains and evaluates different neural net discriminants based on the TMVA framework
• displays stack histograms of variables using ROOT selection machinery
• calculates statistics to optimize selections
